We provide worldwide express shipping by Fedex or DHL. Delivery of orders is via courier and we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some geographical areas there is a limited range of delivery services available and this could lead to delays in delivery. Likewise, adverse weather conditions or unexpected abnormal events that are beyond our control could also compromise the delivery times. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of payment authorisation, remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Kindly note that during sale, holiday or other high demand periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

Any purchase placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch nor deliver orders over the weekend or bank holidays. Any order placed after 2pm on Friday, during the weekend or bank holiday, will be dispatched the following Monday or working day.
When your purchase at esporabags.com is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order. Once the order has been shipped out, you will receive an SMS or an email from DHL providing your tracking information and an estimated delivery date and time. That communication will also contain a link for you to manage the delivery at your convenience. You will be able to change the dispatch date and time or even update the shipping address if needed. DHL will try to deliver your purchased parcel twice and in case the delivery cannot be fulfilled the second time, they will provide detailed information for you to pick it up from their offices. Please note that if the need of changing the delivery address involves delivering in a differing city from the one provided at check out, you as the receiver will be the sole responsible for all extra costs that this may generate.

Insurance & signature upon delivery
ESPORA insures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all esporabags.com online purchases require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility passes on to you. Please be aware that our shipping is not a named service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for the reception of your purchase, being sufficient proof of fulfilment by ESPORA. Please note that ESPORA will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
All items purchased as a gift will be decorated with a ribbon and may include a personalised note that you can specify when confirming your purchase. For security reasons, gifts are shipped in brand-free outer packaging and no price is included in the delivery documentation.
All costs derived from uncollected packages will be the customer’s responsibility (original and return shipping charges, storage if applicable, import fees or taxes if applicable), therefore, please be aware that ESPORA will deduct from your refund all the costs in which the brand has incurred.
Taxes & duties
All taxes are included for EU countries (included for Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla in Spain). For all other international destinations, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and your purchase may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country. ESPORA cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country. We are unable to advise the amount, as they change from country to country depending on local imports legislation. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
Please note that THE CARRIER will process all shipments, including those that involve cross-border transactions, in the fastest and most efficient way, but you should be aware that if any items shipped are rejected and returned to ESPORA (if the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes / import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package the several times the courier will try to deliver it) you as the customer, will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ESPORA.
