EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Should you be interested in a different colour or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at esporabags.com
If you need to return your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund from the day the order was delivered. To return your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- The customer must contact ESPORA within 14 days of receiving the order to place a return request and obtain a “Return Authorisation”. No parcel shall be accepted without a return authorisation. The return request should be placed via our return form.
- If we authorise the return, you will receive an email confirmation from us with all the details needed.
- You can choose from two different ways of shipment:
- ESPORA arranges the return back with DHL Express and will provide you with a return label that you should print out before the pick-up. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- You take care to use your preferred shipping method and return the product(s) back to ESPORA. You should inform us about the tracking number as soon as you ship the parcel. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed to you.
* Please be aware that no matter which option you pick, you hold full responsibility for the item(s) returned until the parcel arrives at our facilities as the costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender. ESPORA cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.
All returned product(s) must be sent back to us in their original condition (including full packaging, accessories, tags and dust bag) and must be completely unworn. Labels and seals must not have been removed. The branded box is considered part of the product and should also be returned undamaged.
Do not adhere labels or tape to the branded box or packaging. In order to protect the original packaging, please make sure you return the order inside the protective outer carton box for shipping if you received it that way upon delivery, or inside a courier plastic envelope (when shipping back with DHL, they will provide the plastic envelope at pick-up).
Please be aware that damages to the packaging or omission of it from your return / exchange will result in packaging costs deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs paid at check-out are non-refundable and for orders placed outside the EU, ESPORA is not responsible for the refund of any import tax or duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.
On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the product by email.
ESPORA reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements, such as returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged or any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused. If your return is not accepted, it may be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed as soon as possible at your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been accepted. Please be aware that ESPORA will not be able to refund original or return shipping charges, import duties, taxes or tariffs, therefore, if applicable those costs will be deducted from your balance and detailed information will be specified in the return confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 15 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank transaction policies.
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies. Products purchased during sale or special discount periods are disallowed for exchange or return unless otherwise indicated.

For issues related to purchases, such as: order status, errors when placing the order, erroneous products, defective items, partial deliveries, etc. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist you. In case of faulty or damaged products or erroneous delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt (includes Saturday & Sunday or Public holiday).
Please note that all our products have been carefully made by hand in Spain and inspected before shipped. Due to the hand craftsmanship and our unique material choices, slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider fabric nubs, minor markings or inconsistency in colour as constituting a flaw.
