Our products are Made in Spain, with 100% genuine lambskin leather and provided with a 12 months warranty guaranteed by the manufacturer. Each item is crafted and undergoes careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour light variations are naturally related to tanning: this is not a fault but a value. In order to ensure long life to your product, we are glad to offer a post warranty repair service and to provide replacement spare parts for your items.
WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All EsporaBags are covered by a 12 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the sales invoice provided with each product.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact EsporaBags and provide pictures of the problem to: care@esporabags.com. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colours and materials.
EsporaBags reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colours of the products displayed on the website may not fully correspond to real colours due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
Kindly note:
- Shipping cost for repairs will not be covered by EsporaBags.
- Delivery of goods is not liable to EsporaBags should there be any losses or damage during delivery.
- Repairs will take 21 business days after we have received the parcel.
